Sunsets & SoundwavesSarasota, FL
Hi-fi, warm, immersive, full-range clarity — for environments where the sound should feel luxurious, not overwhelming.
Your guests hear everything: the air in the vocals, the warmth of the mids, the depth of the bass. No boominess. No harshness. Just pure, musical energy — like a giant pair of high-end headphones for the room.

This is a true four-way system — twin 12″ WAAT Audio subs beneath three-way JW Sound point-source tops — driven by six channels of CVR DSP amplification. Tight DSP time alignment between subs and tops delivers talk-over volume that still feels rich and full, and dance-floor energy that never turns harsh. And it's built to scale: add subs and tops as the room grows.
It's a genuinely high-end listening experience — the clarity, headroom, and musicality you'd expect from systems by Funktion-One, Danley Sound Labs, and Void Acoustics — in a footprint that disappears into the room.

A three-way Shared Aperture Waveguide design that sums high, mid, and low-mid energy through a single mouth — so the whole box behaves like one coincident source. Twin 10″ mid-bass and 5″ midrange drivers plus a 1″ compression driver, DSP-tuned, in a tight, even 100° × 70° pattern. Studio-quality mids and highs: warm, smooth, and never fatiguing.
We co-built these tops ourselves — they started as CNC-cut flatpack kits and were assembled in-house from the ground up: 3D-printed waveguides finished in a raw protective coating, hand-wired internal cabling, and custom passive HF/MF crossovers so each top runs clean off a single amp channel (acoustic crossovers at 100, 350 and 1.6 kHz).

The low end comes from WAAT Audio's HOQS Paraflex Type-O CRAM 2×12″ — a dual-resonator enclosure just 14.5″ (368 mm) deep, 253 litres internal, 120 lbs. A high-tuned resonator pushes clean transient punch all the way up to 120 Hz, while a 35 Hz (Fb 37 Hz) low-tuned resonator digs deep — so one cabinet covers what usually takes two.
Loaded with twin 12″ B&C 12TBX100 drivers it reaches 132 dB continuous, 138 dB peak at 102 dB average sensitivity (1w@1m). We run it 32 Hz BW24 high-pass with the low-pass between 80–120 Hz, time-aligned to the SAWMOD tops for a seamless handoff. Built by hand by WAAT Audio in Sarasota.
As a WAAT Audio dealer, we help you spec and purchase the right system for your space. Having co-built our own SAWMOD tops with WAAT, we know these boxes inside and out — so we'll guide you on sub and top configuration, B&C/LaVoce driver options, finishes, and amp and DSP choices to match your room, output target, and budget, then connect you with WAAT to order. A dealer who has actually run the gear, not a catalog page.
